The role
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will own the architecture and technical direction of large-scale, cloud-native applications.
You will work across backend services, frontend applications, distributed systems, AI integrations, and cloud infrastructure, while collaborating closely with Product, AI/ML, Design, and Engineering teams.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role. You will continue to write and review production code while mentoring engineers, driving architecture decisions, conducting technical reviews, and establishing engineering best practices across the organization.
You will play a key role in turning complex product requirements into reliable, scalable, and production-ready systems.

Responsibilities
- Build scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and NestJS.
- Lead microservices and distributed system architecture.
- Develop secure REST APIs and high-performance backend services.
- Integrate LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents into product capabilities.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Istio.
- Mentor engineers and drive architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability.
Must Have
- 8–12 years of hands-on Full Stack Software Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, NestJS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and System Design.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native development.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions
Nice to have
- Experience building or integrating Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI-powered product capabilities.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI-driven workflow automation.
- Experience working with robotics, automation, physical AI, or other real-world technology systems.
- Experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Experience working in fast-growing technology or startup environments.
- A strong interest in evaluating emerging technologies and applying them to real-world products.
